What is your shipping policy?

Once your product has been shipped we do not take ownership over any damages that may have occurred during this period. If you are to refund an item, please remember our shipping fees are also none refundable.

  • 2nd Class Royal Mail £3.99

  • Next working day delivery £8.99 (Order has to be placed before 11am)

Refund Policy

G’elite will only proceed with a refund if you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards or is faulty. This will only be determined by G’elite. Refunds will not be made if you change your mind or if you have used the product, this is due to hygiene reasons.
